The tracks, “Out of Nowhere” and “Love Letter,” did not make the standard version of the album but were released as iTunes-exclusive bonus tracks for a limited time.

“Hey SURPRISE Daughter from H*** (Bonus Tracks) with OUT OF NOWHERE and LOVE LETTER will be available to download tonight at 6pm PT on iTunes for a limited time if you can believe it,” Abrams wrote on social media.
She also thanked fans for embracing the album and shared brief previews of both songs.
“I’m so moved to hear from those of you who are connecting with the record so far. Really truly your messages have made my heart grow ten sizes. Fingers crossed you enjoy these too, I personally love them very much,” Abrams added.
Abrams reunites with Aaron Dessner
Daughter From H*** is Abrams’ third studio album and reunites her with producer and co-writer Aaron Dessner. The album follows 2024’s The Secret of Us, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

Dessner, a member of The National, also produced Abrams’ previous albums, Good Riddance and The Secret of Us.
The lead single, “Hit the Wall,” arrived in May. Abrams wrote and produced the synth-pop track with Dessner.
The bonus tracks have a long history
Both songs had already become familiar to fans before their official release.
“Out of Nowhere” originated as an outtake from Daughter From H***. Abrams first teased a snippet on Instagram on June 8, 2025, before deleting the post. She later reposted it in a photo and video carousel labeled “Out Of Nowhere.”

She debuted the full song live on June 27, 2025, during her set on the Woodsies Stage at the Glastonbury Festival in Pilton, Somerset, England. The unreleased track later became part of the setlist for The Secret of Us Deluxe Tour.
Other unreleased material also surfaced online, including a 19-second preview of “What If It’s Right?,” which was confirmed to feature production from Dessner. On July 4, 2025, Abrams debuted another unreleased song in London during BST Hyde Park. Initially known as “Know You,” it was later revealed to be titled “Crazy Girl.”
Abrams on making the album
Speaking to People, Abrams said she was “beyond ready for [the album] to belong to everyone else.”
She added that she had “never felt this way about anything” she had made before, which was “driving [her] crazy.” While she said she “loved the feeling” surrounding anticipation for the album, she also felt “kind of calm” about it.
The album also produced charting tracks including “Death Wish,” “The Knife” and the title track, “Daughter From H***.” Earlier singles “Hit the Wall” and “Look at My Life” also performed strongly during the album rollout.
What’s next for Abrams
Abrams announced The Look at My Life Tour in support of the album. The tour begins December 2 in Denver.
Announcing the dates, Abrams wrote, “We’re baaaaaack!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE MISSED YOU AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!”
