Young Thug officially announces his grand comeback in the music scene with a new album called UY Scuti. The album name comes from a supergiant star, which may signify a blasting return of the artist after going through tough times.
In connection with this, it will be the American rapper’s first project after rendering jail time until October last year. According to Billboard, he was behind bars for more than two years before securing his plea deal.
After that, he has never released any single, except for appearing on Lil Baby’s Dum, Dumb, and Dumber with Future. Nevertheless, he is now ready to continue doing what he loves the most.
Continuing a tradition, he announced the forthcoming album last April 16 on his social media accounts.
“It’s time. Red planet,” the rapper posted on his Instagram story, along with a link to the official website of UY Scuti. Fans can find the official cover art and some merchandise bundles on the online shop.
Most details of the new long play remain unknown until today.
