Eufy is launching its all-new Omni E28 Floor-Mopping Robot Vacuum. The latest smart home-cleaning device is the brand’s answer to the worst messes.

According to Andrew Liszewski of The Verge, the Omni E28 Robot Vacuum is capable. In addition, it automatically detects different surfaces and adjusts suction power accordingly. Consequently, it can generate 20,000Pa of suction power to extract dirt from deep fibers.
Meanwhile, it includes a rotating brush on an auto-extending arm that assists in clearing dust and dirt from corners and edges. At the same time, the robot vacuum uses a blend of LiDAR and an AI-assisted camera to avoid obstacles while adjusting its cleaning method for 30 different types of dirt. Its function does not end there. It even executes a dirt inspection using the camera to ensure a perfect cleaning session.
The Omni E28 also has a rolling mop that can spin up to 180 RPM to clean hard floors. Moreover, its power will not be a concern as it has a 5,200mAh battery that can last 110 minutes when performing all functions and 180 minutes when only using the suction feature.
One Device for Everything
Acknowledging the difficulty and complexity of cleaning houses, Eufy integrated a deep cleaner into the charging dock. This additional part helps in cleaning dirt and messes that the robot vacuum cannot reach or manage.
Based on the article, the cleaning device comes with a multi-function handheld tool attached to a short hose. It sprays clean water to loosen a stain, then vacuums everything back into a wastewater tank. Subsequently, the dock automatically drains and ensures fresh water for the next spill.
While the deep cleaner is an entirely manual device, the robot vacuum alerts owners if the use is necessary during a cleaning routine.
