Stevie Nicks is expected to perform at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s upcoming wedding, according to sources who spoke to Rolling Stone after reports of her attendance surfaced on June 27. While multiple sources confirmed the rock icon is expected to attend, one source said she is reportedly performing during the celebration.
The wedding is reportedly set to take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City over the Fourth of July weekend.
A friendship built over years
Nicks and Swift have shared a close friendship for more than a decade. The two have performed together, including a joint appearance in Los Angeles in 2010.
Their public admiration deepened in 2024, when Nicks wrote a poem for the CD edition of Swift’s eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department. Swift later referenced Nicks in the album’s closing track, “Clara Bow.”
Nicks also expressed support for Swift’s relationship with Kelce in a 2024 interview with Rolling Stone.
“She’s in a good place right now and I think she has a good man,” she said. “I hope they fall deeper and deeper in love and ride off into the sunset. He does his thing and she does her thing and then they come back together and get married and have babies if she wants that. I just want all of that for her.”
Swift has publicly returned that admiration. During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she said, “I have Stevie Nicks in my life in a way that affects me positively constantly,” adding, “Being able to talk to her and have a phone call with her and hear what she’s been through… I feel very lucky that she’s lended her very magical, wonderful, wise approach to life to me.”

Page Six has also reported that country star Tim McGraw is expected to attend and may perform. Industry insiders have reportedly nicknamed the multi-day celebration a “wedding-palooza” because of its scale.
Wedding details still emerging
Swift and Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, began dating in 2023 and got engaged in August 2025 after Kelce proposed with an Old Mine-cut diamond ring.
Page Six also reported that Swift plans multiple outfit changes throughout the wedding day. A source told the outlet that custom looks are being created, including designs reportedly involving Monse co-founders Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia.
Neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly confirmed the wedding venue, date or guest list.
