Nike Introduces Air Max Dn8

Nike invites athletes, sneaker fans, and those who like to challenge culture to check out its new Air Max experiment, the Air Max Dn8.

Nike extends Dynamic Air technology to the entire foot with the Air Max Dn8, giving you a whole new experience of walking on air. It’s got dual-pressured Air units to respond to pressure with each step, so it’s got incredible cushioning, flow, sensation and motion like its predecessor.

By combining two Air units and eight tubes, the Air Max Dn8 creates a sustained, pressurized flow from heel to forefoot, pushing the limits of Air technology.

A rear Air unit on the Air Max Dn8 has two pressurised chambers, each with two tubes. Back two tubes are tuned for higher pressure (15 psi) and front two tubes are tuned for lower pressure (5 psi). Air flows freely between the tubes in each chamber with every step. In the forefoot Air unit, air moves between two lower-pressure tubes at the back (5 psi) and two higher-pressure tubes at the front (15 psi).
